3. The service and its content

Memolith lets people create an audio and photo memory book for occasions such as a wedding, birthday, birth or memorial. Organizers and their guests can contribute through a link or QR code, without creating a guest account.

Texts, software, templates, logos and graphic elements published by SENDIX are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction or reuse requires permission from the rights holder unless a legal exception applies. Third-party material remains the property of its respective owner.

Contributors keep their rights to the photos and recordings they upload. Uploading a memory does not transfer ownership to SENDIX. Hosting, conversion and access are provided only to operate the requested memory book.

Before sharing another person’s image or voice, make sure you have the permissions you need. For children, respect the rights and consent of their parental-responsibility holders and the child’s privacy.

4. Use of the website

SENDIX works to keep the website up to date. Errors or interruptions may still occur, including during maintenance. Nothing here limits consumers’ statutory rights or guarantees, or SENDIX’s liability under applicable law.

Links to third-party websites let you use services under their own terms. Protect your login details and share your event link only with the people you choose.

5. Report content

To report unlawful content or a possible infringement of your image, voice or privacy, email memolith@sendix.fr. Include the event link, the content concerned, the reason for your request and a way to contact you. Do not attach unnecessary sensitive information.

The privacy policy explains what data is used, who receives it, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.
