Photo and message limits apply to each event and include every guest. Agency includes 10 new events per subscription year, with no rollover of unused slots. Events from previous years keep their hosting without reducing this quota. Deleting an event does not restore its slot.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Agency renews each year and can be cancelled from your billing space.

Can I try Memolith for free?
Yes. Discovery includes one active event at a time, up to 25 photos and 10 voice messages, with three months of hosting after the event.
What does the Prestige payment cover?
Prestige is a one-time payment of €39 incl. tax for one event, with up to 2,000 photos, 300 voice messages and two years of hosting after the event.
How does Agency renew?
Agency is billed yearly and renews automatically. Each paid subscription year includes 10 new events; previous years’ events keep their hosting without reducing the new quota. You can cancel from your Stripe billing space. Paid periods must cover the collection dates of your events.
What happens when hosting ends?
Download the photos, audio and any full archive before the hosting period ends. Media may be deleted once that period is over.
